Products Not Eligible for Return

The following categories of products shall be deemed ineligible for return under any circumstance:

• Products that are found to be damaged or degraded due to use, excessive use or mishandling;
• Products returned with missing items or components, or with original packaging that is damaged, including but not limited to price tags, seals, labels, tampered packaging, complimentary gifts and/or accompanying accessories; and
• Products bearing altered, defaced or removed serial numbers or batch codes.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your order within a window of one (1) hour from the time of placement, provided that the items in your order have not been dispatched. Cancellations must be made by logging into your account on the Website.

Should you fail to cancel the order within the aforementioned one-hour period, the cancellation shall no longer be permissible. For pre-paid orders that are cancelled within the stipulated time, a full refund shall be processed. The refund shall be initiated within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours from the time of successful cancellation, subject to internal verification and processing.

FYREMIST PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a cancellation or defer the associated refund by a period of up to three (3) to six (6) months for users found to have a previous record of questionable or excessive cancellations, including multiple bulk order cancellations.

Return Process

You may raise a request for return within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of delivery of your order. Any return shall be subject to a quality check conducted upon collection of the returned item(s). Approval of your return shall be contingent on the results of this assessment.

Refunds for accepted returns shall be initiated once the product(s) are collected from your location. The refund, in cases of payment via debit/credit card or net banking, will be processed back to the original payment method within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours from the date of pickup. The credited amount may take an additional three (3) to seven (7) working days to reflect in your bank account. For orders paid via cash on delivery, the refund shall be remitted to your designated bank account after collection of relevant account details.

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns

You may initiate a return for part of or the entirety of your order, strictly in the following circumstances:

• Products have been damaged or compromised during transit;
• Packaging of the product is visibly damaged upon arrival;
• An incorrect item has been delivered to you.

Beyond Beyond shall not be obligated to accept return requests for any product that does not fall within the above-listed scenarios.

Requests for replacement shall be processed only subject to the availability of stock. Where a replacement cannot be arranged due to non-availability, a refund shall be initiated instead. Replacement requests are only valid for the same item that was originally ordered and delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition. Exchange for another product or variant is not permitted under any circumstances.

FYREMIST PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay refunds by a period of three (3) to six (6) months if the requesting customer has previously initiated multiple questionable or bulk cancellations.

Process for Submitting a Return, Replacement or Refund Request

To initiate a return, replacement or refund request, please proceed via the designated section of the Website and select the appropriate reason for your request. You shall also be required to upload the following four (4) images of the product received:

• Clear image of the front of the product showing the product name;
• Clear image of the back of the product including ingredient list and batch details;
• Image of the product’s barcode or batch number;
• Image of the outer packaging box, including visible signs of damage (if applicable).

Delivery Procedure

Once your order has been successfully processed through our system, each product undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards and is in optimal condition for delivery. Thereafter, the products are securely packed and handed over to our authorised logistics partners for shipment.

The consignment shall be delivered to you at the earliest possible time by our delivery partners. In the event of any difficulty in locating your address or any unforeseen delay, the delivery personnel may attempt to contact you for clarification or resolution.

International Shipping

At present, Beyond Beyond ships orders exclusively within the territory of India. International deliveries are currently not available.

Tracking Information

Upon dispatch of your order, you shall receive an email confirming shipment, which will include the name of the courier service, along with the tracking number. You may track the progress of your shipment after a period of 24 hours from dispatch, either through the courier service’s website or via the tracking link provided by us.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding Sundays and recognised public holidays, and are delivered within the estimated timeline displayed on the relevant product page at the time of placing the order.

You understand and agree that delivery timelines may vary depending on the origin of dispatch, warehouse availability, and the delivery destination's postal code. The confirmed estimated date of delivery shall be communicated once your order has been shipped.
